Parmesan Crusted Halibut Recipe


Ingredients

  • 4 Halibut filets, 5-6 oz each
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 2 T mayo (I use low fat)
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 T hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan

Directions

1. Prepare halibut with salt, pepper and olive oil and cook (skin side down) in a preheated 425 degree oven for 6-8 minutes.

2. While fish is in the oven, mix the remaining ingredients.

3. Spoon over top of fish. With heat to broil and cook for 2-3 minutes more until brown and bubbly.
