Grilled Sherry Brown Sugar Skirt Steak Recipe


Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs Skirt Steak
  • 1 Bottle of Sherry
  • 1/2 packet of brown sugar
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

1. Mix the sherry and sugar in a large bowl.

2. Salt and pepper steaks to taste.

3. Dip steaks in marinade.

4. Put everything in a plastic Ziplock bags and let it marinate for at least 6-8 hours. Everything can be frozen in Ziplock bags while marinating.

5. Grill marinated steak to the temperature of your liking
